At Joh Apparel, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
